Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United
Europa League Final - Today

It’s the moment we’ve all be waiting for. Well maybe not.
It’s actually been kind of painful to watch Spurs and United struggle through historically poor Premier League seasons, which resulted in both teams currently sitting just above the relegation zone.
But one team will earn a Get Out of Jail Free card if they win today in Bilbao. The winners will get a major trophy and a spot in next season’s Champions League.
Premier Pours 🏴 ☕️
Brighton 3 Liverpool 2
Always something to play for when you have a promotion-relegation system as the Premier League does - unlike North American sports leagues.
Brighton still have a shot at European football, after an unlikely looking comeback versus the league’s champions.
The team that dominated the league twice lost leads as the Seaguls fought back to win as substitute Jack Hinshelwood tapped in the winner in the 85th minute.
Arsenal 1 Newcastle 0
It wasn’t the league title clinching victory that Gunners fans have been dreaming of but it was a big win versus an also ambitious Newcastle side, which pretty much secured second spot for the 2024-25 season and a return to the Champions League.
David Raya put in an outstanding first half performance to keep the magpies off the score sheet and Declan Rice’s magnificent goal in the 55th minute was all that Arsenal needed to earn all three points.
Manchester City 3 Bournemouth 0
City got off to a great start in this one from a devastating long-range blast by Omar Marmoush in the 14th minute. And then Bernardo Silva made it 2-0 in the 38th minute.
After the half City and the Cherries exchanged red cards, and then a goal apiece to finish things at 3-1.
City looked their old controlling selves in this important match which lifted them from sixth to third in the Prem.
There was an emotional farewell for Kevin De Bruyne who was playing his last match at the Etihad, and a big roar for Rodri who returned to action at the end of the game after eight months off to rehabilitate a torn ACL.
La Liga Con Leches 🇪🇸 ☕️
Barcelona 2 Villarreal 3
Two stunning goals from Lamine Yamal and Fermin Lopez, were not enough for the already crowned champions Barcelona, who lost at home on Sunday to a highly motivated Villarreal side who scored three of their own goals to seal the fifth and final Champions League spot in La Liga.
Barca were perhaps hungover after sealing the league title with Thursday’s 2-0 over Espanyol, and then celebrating in the streets with 650, 000 of their fans on Friday.
Serie A Espressos 🇮🇹 ☕
Parma 0 Napoli 0
Inter Milan 2 Lazio 2
With the Serie A title on the line neither of the two contending teams could manage a win to change the math.
Napoli drew nil-nil away to Parma, while Inter drew 2-2 at home with Lazio.
The title will be decided on Friday when first-place Napoli host fourteenth-place Cagliari, and second-place Inter play away to tenth-place Como.
To ensure the integrity of the competition, Serie A has arranged for both matches to start at the same time.
A win for Napoli would be enough to earn them their fourth Serie A title.
Bundes Kaffees 🇩🇪 ☕️
Borussia Dortmund 3 Holstein Kiel 0
Dortmund needed to win this game by three goals on the final day of the season in order to clinch the final Bundesliga Champions League spot and they did just that.
Serhou Guirassy scored from the spot in just the third minute, and then when their relegation-bound visitors saw a red card six minutes later, the table was set for Dortmund to find the second and third goals they needed.
Ligue Un Café S’il Vous Plaît 🇫🇷 ☕️
Nice 6 Brest 0
With Lille breathing down their necks for fourth place and a place in the Europa League, Nice disposed of 9th-place Brest by six goals, to book their place in the second-tier European competition.
Major League Americanos 🇺🇸 ☕️
Eastern Conference
Atlanta United 0 Philadelphia Union 1
The Philadelphia Union continue to roll in the MLS East.
Their 1-0 win away to Atlanta left them unbeaten in six matches, and sitting on top of the conference with 29 points.
Western Conference
Austin FC 0 Vancouver Whitecaps 0
With this nil-nil road draw at Austin, the Whitecaps extended their club record MLS era unbeaten run to 12 matches across all competitions.
The Caps remain in first place in the West, three points ahead of Minnesota United, with one game in hand.
